2. Membership Eligibility

ELVĀR Private membership is strictly invitation-only. Prospective members must be at least 18 years of age and meet our internal eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to accept or decline any membership application at our sole discretion.

3. Services Description

ELVĀR Private provides luxury concierge services including but not limited to: private aviation coordination, yacht and maritime access, luxury residence management, travel design, curated experiences, and asset acquisition assistance. Service availability may vary based on membership tier.

4. User Obligations

Members agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, use services only for lawful purposes, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

ELVĀR Private shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
